The Financial Service Professional role at Allegis Group offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in the dynamic financial services industry. This position involves providing exceptional service to financial advisors and their clients, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering stellar client experiences. The role begins with a comprehensive four-month contract training program, where individuals will receive extensive training and support to prepare them for their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, handling 25-30 inbound contacts daily.
  • Deliver world-class service and exceptional client experiences with each interaction.
  • Utilize critical thinking to resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed research and navigate various databases to provide accurate solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions.
  • Participate in coaching and career development activities, as well as ERG events to build community.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a client-facing service-oriented role.
  • Strong communication skills and digital multi-tasking capability.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems (8+ different systems).
  • A college degree is highly preferred.
