This position involves providing exceptional service to financial advisors and their clients, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering stellar client experiences. The role begins with a comprehensive four-month contract training program, where individuals will receive extensive training and support to prepare them for their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, handling 25-30 inbound contacts daily.
• Deliver world-class service and exceptional client experiences with each interaction.
• Utilize critical thinking to resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct detailed research and navigate various databases to provide accurate solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions.
• Participate in coaching and career development activities, as well as ERG events to build community.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing service-oriented role.
• Strong communication skills and digital multi-tasking capability.
• Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems (8+ different systems).
• A college degree is highly preferred.
