About the position
The Financial Services Representative position is an entry-level role that offers exposure to both sales and service within the financial services industry. Responsibilities
- Answer approximately 50 phone calls a day from clients.
- Provide information and assistance regarding various financial services and insurance products.
- Collaborate with coworkers to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Participate in training programs to obtain necessary licenses.
Requirements
- Must have or obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) within the first 120 days.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
