About the position

The Structured Finance position at EY involves working within the Financial Services Organization (FSO) to support clients in executing securitization transactions. This role requires interaction with investment banking clients, performing loan document reviews, cash flow modeling, and drafting reports, all while adhering to high ethical standards and integrity. Responsibilities

• Perform agreed-upon procedures (AUP) to assist clients in executing securitization transactions.
• Interact daily with front-office investment banking clients.
• Conduct loan document reviews and data reviews on loan files.
• Recalculate fields on data tapes and run exception reports to align with clients.
• Create collateral stratification tables for assessing loan pool characteristics.
• Perform cash flow modeling to reconcile with clients' loan amortization tables and bond analytics.
• Review offering documents for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Draft and review AUP Reports.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 1 year of related work experience.
• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or a related discipline; MBA or MS preferred.
• Excellent prioritization skills and commitment to meeting client deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and interactions.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
