About the position

Ripple is seeking a Financial Services, Senior Analyst to support the expansion of its product offerings. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth global business operations, focusing on operational support tasks such as reconciliation, trade support, and settlement management. The position requires working a weekend shift pattern and emphasizes the importance of maintaining a high level of detail and organization in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams like Markets, Risk, Treasury, and Legal to ensure smooth global business operations.
• Coordinate all aspects of operational support including reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding, and settlement.
• Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoin.
• Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities.
• Support a globally distributed customer base for 24x7 product offerings, including customer activity on weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on operations, clearing and settlement experience, including reconciliation.
• Experience with monitoring venues and systems in real-time to uncover and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues.
• Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern of Saturday-Sunday and 2 weekdays.
• High attention to detail with problem-solving skills and organizational abilities in a dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and VBA.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Experience with SQL and writing queries for daily operations.
