About the position

The Financial Services Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in recruiting Financial Representatives for Guardian Network firms across the country. This position involves building and implementing sourcing strategies, collaborating with firms to identify candidate profiles, and managing recruitment metrics to achieve hiring goals. The specialist will also be responsible for pre-screening candidates, coordinating introductions to hiring executives, and delivering training to enhance recruiting skills among field leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement sourcing strategies to generate leads for inexperienced candidates.
  • Partner with firms to identify ideal candidate profiles and execute sourcing tactics.
  • Pre-screen candidates and coordinate introductions to local hiring executives.
  • Create and collaborate on recruitment content and go-to-market strategies.
  • Own recruiting metrics and tracking to assess recruitment effectiveness.
  • Identify recruitment marketing opportunities and deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate with various business teams on projects and strategies.
  • Present and deliver education to enhance field leaders' recruiting skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting Financial Professionals with a proven track record of meeting recruiting goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage them collaboratively.
  • Expert Microsoft Office skills.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for identifying sales talent.
