About the position

As a First Commonwealth Financial Solutions Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the financial lives of customers and their businesses. This position emphasizes the importance of customer experience and operational excellence, allowing you to take ownership of customer issues and contribute to a smooth-running Financial Solutions Center. You will engage with customers to build relationships and identify financial solutions that foster financial confidence, while also focusing on personal development and progression within the company.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, processing transactions, and adhering to cash handling guidelines.
• Grow Consumer Relationships by engaging in conversations with customers, utilizing marketing campaigns, and advocating for referral programs.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships through outbound calls, identifying partner referrals, and obtaining lending certifications.
• Engage in Personal Development by taking ownership of your growth, completing required trainings, and becoming a subject matter expert on digital products.
• Ensure a positive Customer Experience by living the company's mission, following customer service promises, and maintaining high standards of conduct.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Motivated to learn and possess solutions-based sales skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
