Responsibilities
- Champion Operations and Compliance by processing daily transactions and adhering to audit guidelines.
- Grow Consumer Relationships by managing assigned customers and utilizing marketing campaigns to inform them about products.
- Deepen Consumer Relationships through onboarding, outbound calling, and identifying lending opportunities.
- Engage in Personal Development by taking ownership of growth and increasing product knowledge.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank systems.
- Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
