About the position

At Tiugo Technologies, we are seeking a Financial System Integration Manager to oversee the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our quote to cash systems, which include Salesforce, Maxio, and NetSuite. This role is crucial as we have recently implemented this process across 1.5 of our 4 business units, and we are looking for a candidate who can ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of these systems. The Financial System Integration Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and drive the strategic development of our financial systems. This position requires a strong communicator who can coordinate resources effectively and has a deep understanding of business processes and the technical aspects that support them. In this role, you will provide leadership and hands-on participation in the ongoing evolution and rollout of our quote to cash systems. You will work closely with system users to define their requirements and collaborate with technology owners to design solutions that meet these needs. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of our financial software systems, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between platforms and that all information is accurate and valid. Documenting the quote to cash process and contributing to user training programs will also be key responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends to identify innovative solutions will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day direction for the evolution and rollout of quote to cash systems across business units.
  • Work with quote to cash system users to define requirements across the integrated tech stack.
  • Collaborate with technology owners to design solutions that meet user requirements.
  • Participate in software development projects for customization and interoperability with other core systems.
  • Monitor financial software systems' performance, ensuring data flows between platforms and addressing issues for optimal functionality.
  • Document the quote to cash process.
  • Contribute to user training programs and enhance system aptitude across the business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends for innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with SaaS business support revenue systems and/or financial systems.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and operational metrics for business support systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, or other relevant data analysis and manipulation technical skills is a plus.
  • Prior experience providing technical support and training to end-users is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce/Maxio (Chargify/SaaS Optics/Netsuite) is a plus.

  • Experience with data analysis skills.

  • Familiarity with German language.
