As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing first-level support for our Accounting Services technology, which includes systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S4, MyReports, MyFinance, and Syniti Data Workbench. Your responsibilities will encompass creating key reports, supporting accounting services, and assisting with system testing and documentation. This role is essential in ensuring that our financial systems operate smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our accounting operations. In this position, you will be responsible for daily support of Accounting Services technology needs, which includes producing key reports and analytics for management. You will also support various teams within Accounting Services by performing data pulls, aiding in the closing cycle, and completing audit requests. Additionally, you will assist in testing and documenting accounting systems programs in both the ECC and S4 environments. Your ability to identify support trends and opportunities for process enhancement will be vital in improving our Accounting Services processes. Responsibilities

• Provide daily first-level support for Accounting Services technology needs, including SAP ECC, SAP S4, MyReports, MyFinance, and Syniti Data Workbench.
• Create and produce key reports and analytics for Accounting Services management.
• Support Accounting Services teams as needed, including performing data pulls, aiding in the closing cycle, and completing audit requests.
• Assist in the testing, documentation, and support of accounting systems programs in both the ECC and S4 environments.
• Identify support trends and related opportunities to enhance Accounting Services processes and support.
• Identify best practices within the role and continuously strive to improve processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems.
• 1+ years of business experience in an accounting/finance environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of Syniti Data Workbench preferred.
• Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
