About the position

The position involves the administration and support of Oracle EPBCS and related EPM systems, focusing on resolving requests, incidents, and monthly close tasks. The role requires collaboration with the EPBCS team to develop and maintain EPM artifacts, manage metadata changes, and ensure synchronization between ERP and EPM systems. Additionally, the position includes creating documentation, performing testing, and providing training to business partners, while also supporting various EPM applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administration of Oracle EPBCS in resolving requests, incidents, and monthly close tasks.
• Support the EPBCS team in developing/maintaining EPM artifacts such as reports, web forms, rules, templates, member lists, and menus.
• Administer EDMCS for monthly, emergency, and annual plan metadata changes across ERP and EPM systems.
• Create and maintain admin documentation for EPM systems, focusing on EPBCS.
• Perform testing and prepare documentation for EPM implementation, acting as a liaison within the financial systems team and with other teams including IT.
• Support all EPM applications when needed, including FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, and EDMCS.
• Support regular EPM system training with various business partners as necessary.
• Participate in initiating and testing of new releases and enhancements.
• Support the EPBCS manager in tasks related to enhancements and projects, including testing and validations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, such as Finance, Accounting, or Accounting Info Systems.
• 3+ years' experience working with Oracle EPM, with hands-on experience preferred.
• High desire for learning financial systems and continuous self-development.
• Problem-solving capabilities and mindset to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team player and be accountable for results, including the need for overtime work during peak activity periods.
