About The Position
The Financial Systems Analyst position is a vital role within the Financial Systems team, focusing on the security, operational tasks, and maintenance projects for various financial systems including OneStream, Concur, Great Plains, Finario, Fastpath, and the Enablon integration. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of financial systems and will involve setting up new entities, workflows, and operational requests. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency for both corporate accounting and divisions that utilize these financial systems. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Financial Systems Analyst will attend training sessions related to financial systems, programming, and automation, which will help in developing the necessary skills to excel in this role. The analyst will also prepare support for internal and external audits, manage security requests for financial systems, and write reports and dashboards using data extracted from these systems. A key aspect of this position is to challenge and enhance existing business processes and workflows, ensuring that the financial systems are utilized to their fullest potential. This position requires a proactive individual who can think analytically and solve problems effectively. The candidate will work on-site at the corporate office five days a week, collaborating closely with other team members and departments to ensure that financial systems are functioning optimally and securely.
