About the position

The Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for the administration of Oracle EPBCS, supporting the EPBCS team in developing and maintaining EPM artifacts, and ensuring synchronization between ERP and EPM systems. This role involves creating documentation, performing testing for EPM implementations, and providing support for various EPM applications. The analyst will also participate in training sessions and assist the EPBCS manager with enhancements and projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle EPBCS in resolving requests, incidents, and monthly close tasks.
• Support the EPBCS team in developing and maintaining EPM artifacts such as reports, web forms, rules, templates, and member lists.
• Administer EDMCS for monthly, emergency, and annual plan metadata changes across ERP and EPM systems.
• Create and maintain admin documentation for EPM systems, focusing on EPBCS.
• Perform testing and prepare documentation for EPM implementation, acting as a liaison within the financial systems team and with other teams including IT.
• Support all EPM applications when needed, including FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, and EDMCS.
• Support regular EPM system training with various business partners as necessary.
• Participate in initiating and testing of new releases and enhancements.
• Support the EPBCS manager in tasks related to enhancements and projects, including testing and validations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Accounting, or Accounting Info Systems.
• 3+ years' experience working with Oracle EPM, with hands-on experience preferred.
• High desire for learning financial systems and continuous self-development.
• Problem-solving capabilities and mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and be accountable for results.
