About the position

Thames Street Oyster House, a renowned dining establishment located in the historic Fell's Point area of Baltimore, is seeking a part-time bartender to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in one of the busiest restaurants in the city, known for its vibrant atmosphere and commitment to exceptional service. As a bartender, you will be expected to work three shifts a week, contributing to a team-oriented environment that values professionalism and dedication to excellence. As part of our bar team, you will also be responsible for daily prep and production, adapting to seasonal changes in our bar program, and participating in quarterly meetings to discuss improvements and innovations. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Assist in daily prep and production tasks related to the bar.
  • Adapt to seasonal changes in the bar program and menu offerings.
  • Participate in quarterly meetings to discuss bar operations and improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements
