About The Position
The Charleston Draper Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Fine Dining Server to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, showcasing not only our exquisite cuisine but also the art of presentation. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering flawless table service, which includes assisting with plating, maintaining the appearance of the table, and ensuring that every guest feels attended to and valued. Your knowledge of our menu and wine pairings will be crucial in making informed recommendations to enhance the dining experience. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and expect our servers to embody this in every aspect of their service. While experience with our POS system is not mandatory, prior experience in food service, particularly in a fine dining setting, is essential. We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, motivated, and reliable, with a professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
