As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, which is at the heart of our business. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect piece of jewelry that fits their desires and budget. In this position, you will receive intense and continuous training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their jewelry needs and preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that fit their style and budget.
• Maintain knowledge of current jewelry trends and product offerings.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.

Requirements

• Sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service skills.
• Dependable work ethic and readiness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team-friendly atmosphere.
• Previous retail and sales knowledge is ideal, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury retail sales techniques.
