This position involves assisting in the delivery and assembly of cabinets, requiring physical strength and the ability to work as part of a team. The role is designed for individuals seeking stable employment and offers training to develop skills necessary for autonomous work in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Loading cabinets for delivery and carrying them into a house/job site.
- Palm sanding cabinet boxes, frames, and doors.
- Attaching hinges and drawer slides.
- Developing an understanding of duties and tools to become an autonomous worker.
- Following all safety procedures and navigating workplace hazards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Good attitude and a desire to develop yourself.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and heavier items as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
