About The Position

As a Finisher 1, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by deburring, sanding, and cleaning parts of varying complexity made from materials such as aluminum, steel, plastic, and copper. This position requires following directions from the area Lead or Supervisor and adhering to shop paper procedures, which include updates, signatures, and stamps. You will also be responsible for counting quantities, labeling, and handling non-conformance related activities, ensuring that an accurate router accompanies all work orders. In this role, you will operate a variety of pneumatic and electric power finishing tools, including but not limited to orbital sanders, DA sanders, flappers, and die grinders.
