Responsibilities
- Physically mold parts using a chop gun and other tools.
- Evenly distribute materials to create parts according to specifications.
- Add additional reinforcements to parts as required by customer needs.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet production goals.
- Maintain adherence to all written policies and philosophies of National Composites, LLC.
Requirements
- Ability to repetitively stoop, crouch, reach, stand, and balance throughout the day.
- Capability to repetitively push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Motivated and team-oriented with a dedication to quality.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Familiarity with lamination processes and tools.
