The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. This role offers a competitive salary plus commission, with the potential to earn over six figures annually for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
• 1-2 years of sourcing experience preferred
• Sales oriented mindset required
• Proven experience in a high volume or fast paced environment
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment techniques, including applicant tracking systems and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a high workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
