You will also assist clients in troubleshooting issues with installed equipment and recommend improvements that can lead to cost savings and increased production efficiency. A key aspect of your job will be to interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that you can provide accurate and relevant information to clients. You will follow established sales strategies and processes to convert prospects into customers using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
