Fire and Water Restoration Supervisor

About the position

The Fire and Water Restoration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing restoration projects related to water and fire damage. This role requires a dedicated individual with experience in the restoration industry, capable of executing various restoration techniques including water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. The supervisor will ensure that restoration tasks are performed efficiently and safely, while also training and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Conduct fire damage restoration procedures such as soot removal and odor control.
• Execute mold remediation processes to eliminate mold growth.
• Handle asbestos abatement procedures safely and effectively.
• Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces affected by damage.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete restoration projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement techniques.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to clean and restore damaged areas meticulously.

Nice-to-haves

• Valid Water Certification certification.
• Experience in water damage restoration.
