About the position

The Regional Operations Manager for Impact Fire Services will oversee operations in the Northeast Region, focusing on building high-performing district teams, driving business growth, and achieving financial performance goals. This senior leadership role requires a candidate who can motivate teams, manage multiple locations, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations across the Northeast U.S. Region, including offices in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.
  • Achieve financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals set by senior leaders.
  • Lead and support district teams to meet performance goals.
  • Drive growth through new business and acquisitions.
  • Manage acquisition growth and integrations.
  • Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for all districts in the region.
  • Facilitate regular district meetings for work coordination and financial monitoring.
  • Manage revenue and cost control, addressing budgetary deficiencies.
  • Foster and enforce a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a supervisory or management role with multi-state/multi-location experience.
  • A four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration is preferred.
  • Successful multi-location management experience within the Fire Life Safety, Fire Protection industry.
  • Experience driving business growth and efficiencies.
  • Managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for multiple districts, locations.
  • Ability to recruit, build teams, motivate and retain top talent.
  • Well-developed interviewing and hiring skills.
  • Experience driving acquisitions and managing integrations.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region, including overnight lodging.
  • Passion for team safety and ability to prioritize safe work operations.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop employees.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.
  • High level of customer service.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and quick learning ability.
  • Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes.
