About The Position
The Fire Recruit position with the City of Cincinnati is a full-time role focused on training to become a qualified Firefighter. Recruits will undergo comprehensive training, including Firefighter I & II, Fire Safety Inspector, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. Upon successful completion of training and certifications, recruits will be assigned to a fire company to respond to emergency calls, assist in saving lives and property, and extinguish fires.
