About the position

Cintas is seeking a Fire Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development. This role involves hiring, training, motivating, and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The Sales Manager will spend significant time in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts, supported by a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and manage Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals.
  • Spend time in the field with Sales Representatives to develop new business customer accounts.
  • Implement a thorough training program including product knowledge and sales process development.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Sales management experience
  • 2-5 years' outside sales experience
  • New business-to-business account development experience
  • Industrial sales experience
