About The Position

The Fire Sprinkler Inspection Technician role involves conducting various inspections related to fire safety systems, including fire sprinklers, alarms, and pumps. The position is essential for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining the integrity of fire protection systems. The technician will work closely with the service coordinator and utilize service trade software to document inspections and findings.

Requirements

• Industry knowledge and relationships
• Fire Inspection Experience
• Fire Sprinkler State License
• State/City Fire License
• Backflow Certified
• Clean Driving License Record
• Ability to use iPad
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to think logically and critically
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Ability to work independently
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Perform On Site Inspections including Backflow Inspections (Fire, Domestic, Irrigation)
• Conduct Fire Sprinkler Inspections (Wet and Dry Sprinkler)
• Execute Fire Alarm Inspections
• Carry out Fire Pump Inspections
• Perform Antifreeze Inspections
• Conduct Standpipe Inspections
• Execute Hydrant Inspections
• Complete Fire Sprinkler Internal 5 Year Inspections
• Complete all inspection reports on Service Trade Software
• Maintain constant communication with H2o Fire Inspection/Service Coordinator
