About the position
We are seeking a Firework Stand Operator for a seasonal position starting in December. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and customer service, and will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience in a grocery store setting. This role requires a commitment to working 40+ hours a week, including holidays, and involves upselling products and managing transactions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Upsell products to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct retail sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Supervise product demos and ensure they are conducted effectively
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with grocery store standards
Requirements
