About the position

The Firmwide AI Product Manager, Director role at Morgan Stanley involves leading the technological development and expansion of the Generative AI product. Responsibilities

• Conduct Agile ceremonies, oversee the creation of Epics and User Stories, refine backlogs, and lead UX design sessions to ensure technical releases are aligned with user requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate with various business units to identify and prioritize their use cases for GenAI implementation, conducting thorough analysis and evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Engage users across the firm to solicit their feedback, informing management of strategic enhancements, and develop and execute product adoption strategies to grow awareness of best practices among the addressable user market.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project alignment and synergy, contributing ideas and insights to drive collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across GenAI initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Experience with Generative AI and Salesforce CRM platform is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project management tools, and UX design principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in handling user feedback, pilot testing, product support, and driving technology adoption strategies.
