About The Position
The First Grade Teacher at Amanecer Elementary is responsible for implementing scientifically-based literacy programs and providing professional development to fellow teachers. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and supporting teachers to enhance student achievement, particularly in reading instruction. The teacher will work collaboratively with various educators to ensure effective literacy strategies are employed in the classroom, while also modeling lessons and facilitating professional development programs.
