About The Position

The Cutting and Forming Department Lead at National Custom Hollow Metal is responsible for overseeing the Laser, Shear, and Press Brake operations within the metal fabrication shop. Requirements

• Proficiency in reading shop cut sheets, engineering drawings, and using measurement tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
