We are actively seeking First Officer candidates to operate our in-demand regional jets, specifically the Embraer-175, across multiple crew bases. Training is conducted at our facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, where pilots receive full monthly guarantee pay during training and company-paid ATP/CTP courses for qualified applicants. Responsibilities

  • Operate regional jets safely and efficiently as a First Officer.
  • Adhere to all FAA regulations and company policies during flight operations.
  • Collaborate with the Captain and crew to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
  • Participate in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
  • Maintain proficiency in all required flight maneuvers and emergency procedures.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and reports related to flight operations.

Requirements

  • ATP 1500 Hours Total Time Requirements: 1500 hours Total Flight Time, 500 hours Cross Country Time, 100 hours Total Night Time, 50 hours Multi Engine Time, 250 hours of Pilot in Command Time, 100 hours of Instrument Time.
  • Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi Engine and Instrument ratings.
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Ability to demonstrate instrument proficiency.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • At least 23 years of age.
  • Current Valid Passport with legal ability to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
  • Able to pass a security background check and FAA-mandated drug test.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and speak the English language.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree from an FAA-Approved Aviation Program.
  • Military Pilot Honorable Discharge or Current Service with a DD-214 Form.
