As a dedicated First Party Fraud Lead Analyst, you will serve as an individual contributor for the First Party Fraud team within Financial Crimes. This role requires leveraging expert business, analytical, and technical knowledge to lead discussions with cross-functional teams, understanding and collaborating on highly sophisticated business objectives, and influencing First Party Fraud solution strategies. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert in multiple areas, driving conversations around technical solutions to create more effective strategies, systems, processes, or resources that benefit the business needs. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and supervising the progress of strategic plans for opportunities while adjusting to rapid changes in the environment. You will effectively communicate and implement business strategies that align with the company's overall goals. Leading discussions within a single vertical, you will drive the fraud strategic plan that results in both short and long-term growth for the business. This includes leading large-scale implementations and projects that impact managed tools, improving, synchronizing, and integrating process controls and automation. You will monitor, understand, and adopt emerging technology that can affect the application of scientific methodologies and/or quantitative analytical approaches to problem resolutions. Your ability to succinctly deliver sophisticated analysis and findings will be crucial in conveying understanding, influencing senior executives, garnering support for recommendations, driving business decisions, and influencing business strategy. This role offers a flexible work environment, requiring in-office presence four days a week, with the possibility of remote work in the continental U.S. and occasional business travel.
