Responsibilities
- Meet & greet guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.
- Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust.
- Support your manager and team as needed.
- Learn different positions, including cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and maintaining dining room cleanliness.
- As a cashier, welcome customers, take orders, and ensure a great experience.
- As a salad & sandwich maker, assemble menu items quickly, correctly, and consistently.
- Commit to health & food safety standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.
