First Student is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join their team in New Haven, responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of vehicles serving New Haven Public Schools. Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions.
• Complete work orders for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles.
• Valid driver's license with a willingness to obtain a CDL (training provided).
• Possession of a mechanic's tool set.
