Responsibilities

  • Convert prospective owners into purchasers using effective sales techniques.
  • Develop relationships with prospective owners through referrals and leads.
  • Cater the sales experience to individual needs and preferences.
  • Complete all required paperwork and legally required documents accurately and timely.
  • Maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
  • Answer owner questions regarding properties and amenities, and make recommendations based on their needs.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from owners.
  • Monitor owner satisfaction and inform them of upcoming promotions.
  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
  • Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.
  • Present sales presentations following the Consultative Sales Process.
  • Establish trust with prospective owners throughout the sales process.
  • Customize sales presentations based on the needs of prospective owners.
  • Provide tours of the Sales Gallery, Property, and Model specific to the sales distribution site.
  • Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to prospective owners.
  • Complete and close the sales contract process ensuring all documents are signed and notarized.
  • Prepare for daily appointments by reviewing necessary details and owner history.
  • Follow up with guests through email, phone, or mail after face-to-face interactions.
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales documents and review contract details with customers.
  • Analyze problems and develop strategies to overcome challenges in sales processes.
  • Respond to and monitor customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Nice-to-haves

  • One year of related experience preferred.
