Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of fiscal support and record-keeping work.
• Develop and maintain financial records.
• Provide specialized public assistance regarding assessment role information, County taxes, and fiscal records.
• Update and maintain records in computerized systems and databases.
• Verify purchase orders and purchasing information.
• Assist with the development and control of budget information.
• Reconcile information problems and ensure the accuracy of records.
• Generate reports using spreadsheets and other software.

Requirements
