Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of fiscal support and record-keeping work.
  • Develop and maintain financial records.
  • Provide assistance to the public and County staff regarding fiscal records and procedures.
  • Update and maintain records in computerized systems and databases.
  • Balance cash received, verify receipts, and prepare deposits.
  • Assist with payroll functions and budget information development.
  • Generate reports and maintain statistical records.

Requirements
