About The Position
The Fiscal Manager plays a key role in the Finance Department of Upstate Caring Partners, responsible for a full range of accounting duties related to fiscal management and analysis. This position assists in establishing and implementing fiscal policies and procedures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and supports the month-end close of the Agency.
