About the position

The FISE Technical Supervisor (Account Manager) at Tenaris is responsible for ensuring that FISE services comply with established processes and meet customer expectations. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and management of services, while also promoting offerings to potential customers and managing operational indicators. The supervisor will also be involved in budgeting, compliance with policies, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FISE processes including Planning, Commercial, Job Execution, and Management Control.
• Supervise the programming of crews, tools, and equipment to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor operation indicators and define improvement actions.
• Update drilling and tubular design changes plans as necessary.
• Promote services to potential customers and assess their needs.
• Handle customer queries and propose solutions for dissatisfaction or complaints.
• Control the condition of equipment and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements for Field Service Representatives (FSRs).
• Complete all job-related documents and records accurately and timely.
• Prepare records for services invoicing and monitor cost center applications.
• Optimize management reports and communicate deviations to top management.
• Prepare budget for expenses, investments, and personnel for each job period.
• Participate in the analysis and definition of standard costs for the region.
• Comply with Tenaris policies and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Motivate, coach, and develop staff while managing HR activities.
• Protect facilities and equipment from damage, theft, or misuse.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of FISE processes and customer service standards.
