Fision Educator

About the position

The Fision Educator role at Hotwire Communications focuses on providing comprehensive product education and training to residential customers in both in-home and classroom settings. This position serves as a professional representative of the company and may also support Business Development by conducting product demonstrations for potential new properties and groups interested in Fision services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively learn and stay current with all Hotwire products, services, processes, and procedures to address customer questions and requests.
• Coordinate with the Launch Account Manager/Launch Team to ensure new customers are properly trained on Fision Home services and features.
• Conduct product demos for new business opportunities and customer education needs, showcasing Fision product features and benefits.
• Periodically visit conversion properties to ensure Technicians are providing proper training to each customer.
• Provide quality control of training segments delivered by Service and Install Technicians.
• Complete all daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested by the supervisor.
• Check email regularly throughout each business day to stay informed about business needs.
• Respond to all Hotwire business communications as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the South Florida area.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to work independently and in a flexible environment.
• Ability to work with technicians and executive-level staff.
• Ability to interact with various residents and Homeowners Association members.
• Ability to work flexible shift/work hours.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications.
