About the position

The Fitness Assistant General Manager (AGM) at LA Fitness - Andorra is responsible for driving revenue through new member enrollments while retaining existing members. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, and developing future managers, with a strong emphasis on sales and community engagement. The AGM is expected to perform marketing efforts, achieve daily sales quotas, and foster a welcoming environment in the health club.

Responsibilities

• Calling, texting, and emailing potential members daily
• Marketing through social media platforms and Google to generate business
• Distributing guest passes inside and outside the club to attract visitors
• Conducting tours for guests around the health club
• Assessing each guest's individual needs for the location
• Selling memberships, personal training, and other club amenities
• Assisting with cleaning the club to maintain safety for staff and members
• Meeting pre-determined sales goals to earn bonuses

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in fitness (preferred)
• 1 year of management experience (preferred)
• 1 year of marketing experience (preferred)
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (preferred)
