About the position

The Fitness Coach at BODY20 is responsible for providing personalized training sessions and evaluations to clients, ensuring a high level of service and attention. This part-time role requires flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings and weekends, and involves operating fitness equipment and conducting EMS training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of service according to company standards.
  • Provide a high level of personalized attention to members.
  • Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products.
  • Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques.
  • Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards.
  • Attend all Fitness Coach related meetings/Trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred).
  • CPR/AED certification (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess honesty and personal integrity.
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry.
  • Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
