Fitness Coach

About the position

Orangetheory is looking for committed fitness professionals to join our team as Fitness Coaches. In this role, you will lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts, motivating members to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring their safety and effectiveness during workouts. You will create a welcoming environment for members, making them feel integral to the hour spent together, and your positive energy will resonate with them long after they leave the studio. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading full-body group workouts that are designed to inspire and challenge our members.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve goals
• Ensuring members use correct form and offering corrections when necessary
• Understanding the science behind heart-rate focused training programs
• Demonstrating usage for every piece of equipment utilized in workouts
• Being a team player

Requirements

• AED/CPR certified
• Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
