About the position
Orangetheory Fitness is looking for committed fitness professionals to inspire others to work hard and achieve their fitness goals. As a Fitness Coach, you will lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts, making members feel welcome and integral to the experience. You will motivate members through workouts, help them set and achieve goals, ensure correct form, and understand the science behind heart-rate focused training programs.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren't
- Understanding the science behind workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training programs
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in workouts
- Being a team player
Requirements
- Being AED/CPR certified
- Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
