Your role is to inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring they perform exercises safely and effectively. Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Helping members set and achieve fitness goals
- Ensuring members use correct form and offering corrections when necessary
- Understanding the science behind heart-rate focused training programs
- Demonstrating the usage of all equipment utilized in workouts
- Being a team player and contributing to a positive studio environment
Requirements
- AED/CPR certified
- Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
