About the position

The Fitness General Sales Manager at HOTWORX is responsible for the overall success of the Alamo Ranch studio through effective management, marketing, and sales strategies. This role emphasizes superior customer service to meet and exceed performance goals while maintaining the integrity of the HOTWORX brand. The manager will oversee daily operations, staff training, and customer engagement to ensure a high-quality fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective management strategies and marketing tactics to drive studio success.
• Ensure superior customer service and maintain a culture of hospitality to achieve 5-star ratings.
• Recruit, interview, and train staff according to franchisee criteria and HOTWORX training material.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate member and employee records, ensuring compliance with filing guidelines.
• Monitor sales goals and performance metrics for all employees, providing feedback and action plans as needed.
• Oversee studio cleanliness and equipment maintenance to meet sanitation standards.
• Manage membership billing processes and ensure accurate data entry for all transactions.
• Execute daily social media marketing and provide end-of-day performance reports to the franchisee.
