Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective fitness classes, including but not limited to yoga, kickboxing, and personal training sessions.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy to ensure safe and effective workouts.
• Design customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and overall wellness as part of a holistic approach to health.
• Maintain a positive environment that encourages client participation and retention.
• Promote fitness programs and services within the health club to enhance member engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, health, and wellness to continuously improve class offerings.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise physiology.
• Experience in yoga, kickboxing, personal training, or sports coaching is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to design effective fitness programs that cater to diverse client needs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
• Previous experience in fitness sales or promoting health club services is a plus.
• Certification from a recognized fitness organization is preferred.
• A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to helping others succeed.
