About the position

The Fitness Manager at StretchLab Lake Murray is responsible for leading the launch and ongoing operations of a new boutique assisted stretching studio. This role requires a dynamic fitness professional with a proven track record in managing boutique fitness facilities, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the studio through revenues from memberships, services, and retail.
• Hire, train and lead a team of stretching professionals and sales associates.
• Implement proven sales processes to drive membership/package sales and maximize revenue.
• Oversee all studio operations, customer service, and team performance.
• Develop and execute strategic local marketing and community engagement plans.
• Ensure superior client experience and high levels of retention.
• Analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of general manager or studio manager experience at a boutique fitness studio or similar upscale fitness concept.
• Consistent track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and operations management.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing membership/package sales processes and achieving sales targets.
• Skilled at hiring, training, and managing a high-performing team of fitness professionals.
• Strong marketing capabilities to build local brand awareness and community engagement.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional, customer-focused experience in a boutique environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think strategically to grow the business.
• Associate's degree preferred but proven boutique fitness management experience is most important.
