Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class experience to all customers through facility tours and the sign-up process.
• Maintain accurate financial profiles for members and promote the club's financial growth.
• Directly responsible for membership sales, including finding and contacting prospects.
• Maintain the integrity of the facility and advise on equipment needs and purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage regularly with members to help them achieve their goals.
