About the position

As a Sales Associate (Onboarding Specialist) at 2KnuckleSports MMA & Fitness, you will play a crucial role in our mission to change lives through fitness, nutrition, and mixed martial arts (MMA). Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to all members, guiding them through the sign-up process and addressing any inquiries they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and conducive to a positive experience for our members. In this role, you will be expected to achieve or surpass sales goals and targets, actively contributing to the overall success of the team. Your contributions will extend beyond sales; you will participate in lead generation activities, such as distributing flyers and brochures, and contribute to our social media initiatives through posting and content creation. Requirements

• Flexible availability, including some Saturdays.
• Proven team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience in flyer distribution, lead creation, and social media posting is advantageous.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
