About the position

The Fitness Sales and Member Service position at Club Pilates Palm Springs focuses on assisting the General Manager with membership sales, studio operations, and member retention. Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with new membership sales and studio operations.
• Provide superior customer service to new and current students regarding class selections and membership inquiries.
• Execute the sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours for prospects and follow up after initial class visits.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean and safe studio during shifts by completing cleaning tasks as directed.
• Assist members with inquiries regarding membership policies and ensure a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or other sales experience; fitness sales experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and solid writing and grammar skills.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat appearance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work harmoniously with others.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
